Your private villa is situated in a quiet district of Carpentras where the age-old linden tree is watching! You can enjoy the lovely garden surrounded with Laurel trees, olive trees, Provencal cypresses and grass. The private pool of 8x4m with a depth of 1.40m guarantees you pleasant family moments. The pool is secured with a solid and safe fence.
At arrival you can park your car under the carport at the backside of the villa, or on the courtyard of the house. The property can be fully fenced by an automatic gate. Your home is oriented to the south with a view on 2 beautiful olive trees and the swimming pool with its sun terrace with 4 relaxing chairs.
The home has a separate kitchen, a dining room, 3 bed rooms (1 bed of 140cm and 4 beds of 90cm), a bath room with bath, a separate toilet, a garage (not appropriate to park your car).
