Réservation conditions

If you would like to rent our home, please contact us by mail or telephone to check the availability.

In case our home is available, we will send you a rental contract per post in 2 copies. One copy you have to sign for agreement and send back to us. As an advance we ask you 30% of the total amount of your stay. In case of cancellation the advance will remain property of the letter.

Start of your stay

We welcome our guests on Saturday afternoon from 16h or on appointment. At your arrival we make a tour through the house together and the keys will be handed over. A warranty and a transfer of the remaining amount will be asked. The warranty will be returned at the end of your stay, in case everything remained in the same condition.

The guests need to clear the house on Saturday morning at 10h at least. Cleaning service is possible on request.
In the house you can find a map with touristic information about the different sights of town.
